This Sunday, May 10, we will be meeting in the parking lot at FGBC for a parking lot worship gathering. Here are a few things to know about Sunday:
Bring your own chair, and a few extras if you are able. Because of the smoke damage, we are unable to bring chairs out from inside the church.
Worship will be on the south side of the church (the side furthest away from 15th.
FGBC has grown a ton since the last time we held a parking lot service (aka The Covid Years). By taking up a number of parking spots for seating and the worship setup, we need to be strategic with our parking. We will have people helping with parking. Here are the places you can park.
South parking lot (furthest from 15th) - reserved for seniors or those who are unable to walk a long distance
The north parking lot (closest to 15th) - available for people with cars/SUVs
The grassy lot - available for people who love off-roading (aka people with trucks and SUVs)
Street parking on Irwin
Baptisms are a go!
Bathrooms will be available for use inside. Keep in mind that the building is quite smoky.
There will be no formal Kid's Ministry classes, but there will be age appropriate activity packs for kids. Kids (and parents) you can get your activity packs by the south doors of the church, under the overhang.
Bring a picnic lunch and plan to hang out after church.
Join us as we spend time in worship together. Although a building is nice, the Church continues on even when we don't have a building to worship in.

This plan is for Sunday May 10 only at this point in time. As we discern what's next, the plan for May 17 may be the same, or it may be different.
Please join us in prayer as we look for a more permanent space to meet.
