Welcome Church Family to our 2023 online Annual General Meeting
The 2022 Annual Report Booklet is attached down at the bottom of the page (printed copies are available at the church).
The booklet was given in advance to Ben Wiens and Ashley Roland, who have read them and make the following motion:
Ben Wiens: “That we accept the annual reports of Fort George Baptist Church for the year 2022 as presented”
Seconded by Ashley Roland
If you have any question or concerns about any of the reports, please submit them by noon Wednesday, March 22nd to the church at fortgeorgebaptist@gmail.com or contact Pat Duncan at 250-562-0859 or pd0859@telus.net
On Friday afternoon (March 24th) we will send out both the questions and the answers.
We then ask that members please vote YES, NO, (or Abstain) on the above motion by Sunday, March 26, 2023
Vote by email or phone 250-564-6287. If you vote by phone over the weekend, please leave a voicemail and include your name with your vote.
Results will be sent out Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
